Part of a new power shopping center, construction for a sports retailer under the banner Sportium. The premise's ground floor area totals approximately 38,540 square feet with the upper floor's open concept mezzanine comprising of 14,577 square feet.

The mezzanine level serviced by 1 passenger and 1 freight elevator and 2 escalators. The building shell is composed of non-load-bearing textured precast concrete panels' The main storefront is composed of black finish curtainwall sections and extruded aluminium cladding.

The facade is accentuades with large protrusions and varying parapet heights extending to 43 foot height at its summit. This store was mandated for the full construction review and support provided to the interior design/architect.
