Project Brief
Various locations - Quebec
Many dozen of Provigo supermarkets, including new stores, building extensions and renovations, among which we worked on the first freestanding store in Canada for Loblaws Company. This store built in Sherbrooke is based on the innovative design and food concept developed for the iconic Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto. The widespread store served as a prototype to transform the following Loblaws banner into Provigo Le Marché all over the province. New offerings include pastry and chocolates counter, on site bakery with fresh bagels, deli counter with fresh smoked meat, “cheese wall” with a vast array of imported products, sushi bar and enhanced ready-to-eat food selection.
