Major renovation and building expansion for an existing loblaws store resulting in a total of 20,000 square feet area.

The project integrated design parameters based on the latest ''Inspire'' concept including a new HMR, Deli and Bakery service departements. Both ground floor and existing basement were completely renovated and brought to current code regulations. The mandate also included the base building work for a new 7,700 square feet LCBO store attached to the Loblaws building.
