Terrebone - Quebec

Part of an exiting power shopping center, major renovation of the existing 46,000sf. Zellers store into a new retail banner SAIL. The interior space was retrofitted to suit the SAIL design.

Likewise, the entire existing exterior cladding was replaced with architectural bloks of various colour and texture. The interior florr slab was trenchanded to suit u/g conduits & plumbings.

The main storefront is composed of black finish curtain wall sections. A major feature of the storefront consits of an illuminated glass display case located above the roof line. This office was mandated for the full construction review.
