Interior and exterior renovation of an existing 6 stories and 362,400 sq.ft. office building for occupation of University of Montreal Faculty and rentable office space for the RBC. The project included the complete redesign of the building envelope as well as major interior renovations. This mandate also required the renovation and enlargement of the existing entrance vestibule to create a predominant institutional lobby.
