State of the art 70,000 sq.ft. greenfield dry chemicals manufacturing and R&D plant. The products produced consist of mixed granular materials, powders produced from dried slurries and chips/flakes produced from precipitate solutions. The project required extensive physical and air pressurization dust control measures. Among the different installations are an infrared laboratory with an environmental chamber, a plastic laboratory, a pilot plant, a quality control lab and a main laboratory of approximately 5,500 sq.ft.
