Nortel Networks conversion of their existing Gas Storage Room to an HPM Gas Storage and Dispensing Bunker to house process gases serving the existing and proposed new Epi Reactors at their 185 Corkstown Road Facility. The project included reconfiguration of the existing room, provision of new gas cylinder cabinets with associated exhaust, upgrade of the existing make up air system and a new gas leak monitoring system.
