Interior renovation of laboratories for a division of Pfizer responsible for the extraction, quality assurance, quality control and distribution of conjugated estrogens used to produce a hormone replacement therapy to satisfy demands all over the world. The project includes the reorganization of laboratories to accommodate new equipment. Close coordination of HVAC systems had to be performed to provide proper air changes based on the new laboratories requirements. Renovations took place while clean room manufacturing spaces were in operation.
