West Island - Quebec

A 47,000 sq.ft. extension to an existing 90,000 sq.ft. corporate distribution warehouse and manufacturing facility and renovation of the existing manufacturing facility. The expansion accommodates a new division that manufactures topical cGMP pharmaceutical products. The project includes production offices, QC and QA laboratories and employee welfare with additional administrative offices annexed to those in existing head office building. Ancillary facilities also comprised a tank farm for hazardous bulk materials.
