Baie d'Urfe - Quebec

This new 3 storey 92,000 sq.ft. AL/IL complex in Baie d’Urfé, Quebec, includes 102 units of which 39 are for Assisted Living and Dementia care, with 63 units for Independent Living. Separate dining facilities and amenities were created for the different uses. Medical facilities were provided for the AL floor. Underground parking was provided across the entire footprint of the facility. This project was a competition that the client won.
