This project entailed a conversion from furniture showroom to an Assisted/Independent Living facility is in Naples, Florida. Working within the existing perimeter, we planned a total 134 units of which 55 were for Assisted Living and Dementia care. Increased amenity areas were created due to the expansive interior space as well as the intention to create a fully integrated destination for Seniors. A 30,000 sq. ft. medical center along with separate pharmacy was included on the ground floor for residents The project was budgeted at $29,000,000.
