Greenfield design and construction of an approximately 1.2 million square foot multi-temperature distribution centre for Canada’s largest grocery retailer. The facility, currently in its final construction phase, includes an 85-foot-highroof, ammonia-based refrigeration serving freezer, refrigerated, fresh areas, and advanced automated storage and retrieval systems by Witron. Manual racking up to 40 feet high is also provided. The project includes a main office complex with a full-service kitchen for approximately 250 employees per shift.
