New 153,821 sq.ft. distribution center with 564,491 sq.ft. of office space spread over two floors. This building will house Franklin Empire Inc., the largest independent distributor of electrical products in Canada. This new building joins the 23 branches and 5 assembly and repair shops in Quebec and Ontario.
