The project consisted of retrofitting an approximate 5,000 foot space within an over 100 year old commercial bakery to accommodate a new tortilla line. During the preliminary design phase S+R proposed a new internal organization of the plant in order that new line location would not impede the addition of future planned production lines as well as future expansion of the plant.
