5,000 sq.ft. extension to an existing large scale commercial bakery to accommodate dual spiral cooling technology to replace the existing overhead racetrack conveyor running throughout the existing plant. The project also included process layout studies for future bread slicing and packaging lines that would form a phase two extension the current one.
