135,000 square foot meat processing plant for the cutting packaging, labelling, storage and distribution of red meat products. The facility is one of the first in the world to prepare and package the meat employing a “Map” packaging and “case ready” for direct distribution to the supermarket refrigerated counters. The project was designed to CFIA and HACCP standards.
