Full retrofit of an existing 40,000 square foot industrial building to accommodate a new Chrysler dealership. The proposed floor plan submitted by the Chrysler’s design department was substantially changed to adapt to the realities of a very narrow and deep building (1:4 ratio) on a site with access from two sides only. The traditional relationships between showroom, service reception, service departments, parts and service garage have been maintained despite the site limitations.
