Achievement of various commercial development projects in Quebec and Ontario for Harden Group including strip malls and pads representing several hundred of sq.ft. built for restaurants and retail spaces . One of the projects included interior planning and design of a gym encompassing materials selection and all built-in millwork while another was an integral part of the major real estate investment ongoing in Beauharnois.
