The project involves the development of Phases C and D of the L’Estuaire project, originally built in 2017, with the addition of two new independent eight-story residential rental buildings located behind Phases A and B of the project. These two mid-rise towers comprise approximately 250 units and are built فوق a three-level underground parking garage to meet parking needs. The total floor area, excluding the underground garage, is approximately 105,483 sq. ft. for Tower C and 105,831 sq. ft. for Tower D. The construction is made of reinforced concrete.
