Saint-Laurent - Quebec

A three storey office building with underground garage located in proximity to Pierre E. Trudeau airport, conceived to serve aerospace and aeronautical businesses. The building was designed in accordance with the sustainable guidelines of the CaGBC to achieve LEED Silver certification. White membrane roofing, high performance air conditioning units, LED lighting, bicycle rack parking and showers for cyclist and receptacles for electrical vehicles are some examples of the implemented element.
